10" Profile Wheel and Edge Polishing Kit

This kit includes a 10” x 3/8 profile vacuum brazed diamond profile wheel for your wet saw and our industrial quality 4 ½’ wet polisher / grinder and a set of 4“ diamond polishing pads. After the shape is roughed in with the diamond profile wheel you will need to polish the edge to restore the original shine. Simple screw on the included 4” backer to the wet polisher and progressively polish the edge with each diamond pad starting with the 50 grit and ending with the 3500. This polisher has been manufactured to accommodate diamond tooling that requires to be run wet and at low rpm’s. 3”, 4” and 5” diamond polishing pad which are used on a Velcro backing pad will thread directly onto the 5/8 - 11 threaded arbor. Polishing pads aren’t the only diamond tool that you can use on this grinder, diamond core bits and our diamond profiling wheels that require wet use will both thread directly to this unit. The grinder is a one speed 110 volt unit that spins at ¼ the speed (2500 rpm) of conventional grinders (10,000 rpm). Most of the diamond tools made for stone and concrete polishing perform optimally with the use of water and at low rpm. We cover this unit with an unconditional 30 day replacement warranty and a 1 year parts and labor warranty. We stock replacement parts if needed. As with any electrical tool, it is important to use this unit with a gfci or ground fault circuit interrupter.
